We define “Corporate & Commercial Law” our main area of expertise, which includes all day-to-day commercial operations of a corporate entity, which usually intersects all general fields of law. In other words, we provide full service to all our corporate clients, starting from the establishment of their entity and continuing with determining the best tax structure, registering their trademarks, drafting/reviewing their agreements, obtaining residence/work permit for their employees, representing them at courts, holding their general assembly, assisting them on share purchases of other entities, and so on.
We consult and represent our clients –out of court and, if necessary, at court – in the apportionment of assets and liabilities of a company and we assist our clients in legal transactions such as matters related to merger, demerger, spin-off, outsourcing, transfer of assets and liabilities, or the change of legal form of a company.
We draft and negotiate your business contracts necessary for the development of the activities such as sale and purchase contracts, leases, marketing agreements, technical assistance contracts, license agreements, employment contracts, subcontracting contracts, distribution contracts, franchise agreements, sales agent contracts etc. |
