Real estate is one of the fastest growing industries in Turkey for a long period of time. Our founders, which were previously the most active members of a well-known real estate law firm, have experience in large-scale real estate investments. We also provide legal assistance to individual foreign real estate investors, who have problem on delivery of their real estate in Turkey or who want to terminate their real estate purchase agreement in Turkey.
We specialize in both litigation and non-litigation matters within the real estate industry and advise our clients on all legal aspects of their real estate business including legal and financial due diligence on real estate investments, purchase agreements, loan agreements and securities, enforcement proceedings over real and movable property, asset transactions, concessions and others. It is worth noting that in course of acting as legal advisors for our clients involved in energy projects, we have also provided a wide range of advice related to the real estate issues.
Moreover, we have worked on large and complex property acquisitions and real estate investments in Turkey and have extensive experience in, inter alia, due diligence regarding real estates, construction agreements, lease agreements, negotiation of the transactions, advising clients on conditions and restrictions in relation to purchase of real estate by foreign legal entity or physical person, insurance and liability matters, etc.
We have advised clients in relation to various real estate aspects including establishment of mortgages, monitoring on implementation of establishment of mortgages, execution of the agreements, complex property transfers, construction of the shopping malls/business centers, etc.
In the field of real estate law, we prepare all kinds of contract regarding real estate transactions (acquisition, exchange, donation, endowment, rental, leasing, building law, easements, etc.). We also advise on real estate property, and prepare building and architects' contracts as well as general contractor agreements. Furthermore, we support our clients in matters of acquisition and sale of land as well as related authorisation procedures. |
